The Centennial Hills Democratic Club General Meetings are typically held on the third Thursday of each month at 6:30 pm at the IAM (Machinists Union) Lodge, 4343 N Rancho Dr, Suite 218, Las Vegas, NV 89130. Our meetings are also available online via ZOOM. Meeting details on Home Page.
If you wish to increase your activism in the Democratic Party, you may apply to be a member of our Central Committees. This requires attendance at Committee Meetings. The committees are as follows: The Clark County Central Committee (CCCC) and/or the State Central Committee (SCC). ATTENDING AS AN SCC MEMBER: Please RSVP here. If you are attending virtually, please register no later than Friday, September 26 at 5 PM. If you register to attend virtually, you will receive an email with instructions on how to join the meeting no later than Friday, September 26. If you plan to attend in person, you may register online until Noon on Saturday, September 27.

CAN'T ATTEND: Make sure to send in a proxy so that your absence can be excused. If you are unable to attend the meeting, the deadline to submit your proxy is Friday, September 26 at 5 PM. If you are unable to attend this meeting and do not file a proxy, you are at risk of removal from the State Central Committee should you miss another meeting without filing a proxy, and will be sent a warning notice. Filing a proxy does not obviate the requirement to attend at least two meetings during your term.
ATTENDING AS A GUEST: State Central Committee meetings are always open to registered Democrats who wish to observe. However, seating for guests is very limited in this virtual setting. If you are a non-member interested in attending, please RSVP and follow the deadline instructions noted. Guest access will be granted on a space-available basis and once full, no other guests will be seated.
SUBMIT A MOTION: If you wish to submit a motion for consideration of being heard at this meeting, please use this form and follow the deadline instructions noted below. Please submit your motions to Secretary Brock at tbrock@nvdems.com. Your motion must be submitted by September 13th to be considered.
As a reminder, only State Central Committee members may participate in discussion and business before the committee.
