If you plan to attend in person, you may register online until Noon on Saturday, September 27. RSVP NOW CAN'T ATTEND: Make sure to send in a proxy so that your absence can be excused. If you are unable to attend the meeting, the deadline to submit your proxy is Friday, September 26 at 5 PM.  If you are unable to attend this meeting and do not file a proxy, you are at risk of removal from the State Central Committee should you miss another meeting without filing a proxy, and will be sent a warning notice. Filing a proxy does not obviate the requirement to attend at least two meetings during your term.  ATTENDING AS A GUEST: State Central Committee meetings are always open to registered Democrats who wish to observe.
